Data Deletion Instructions

ProventusNova respects your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete any personal information we hold about you, follow the steps below.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send a deletion request to andres@proventusnova.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Include the following in your message:

• Your full name
• The email address associated with your inquiry or account
• A brief description of the data you would like deleted (for example, contact form submission, email correspondence)

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We will notify you by email once the deletion is confirmed.

In some cases we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations or resolve disputes. If this applies, we will inform you of what is retained and why.

Meta / Facebook Data

If you interacted with ProventusNova through Meta platforms (Facebook or Instagram) and would like to delete data collected via Meta Pixel or other Meta tools, you can do so through your Facebook account settings:

• Go to Facebook Settings → Your Facebook Information → Off-Facebook Activity
• Select ProventusNova and choose Clear History

Alternatively, include this in your deletion request to us and we will assist you through the process.
